Return & Exchange Policy – Dark Rose

At Dark Rose, we are committed to providing a premium and satisfying shopping experience. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have established the following return and exchange policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.

1. Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, all intimate products, including lingerie, bodysuits, and adult items, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at loveapp2021@gmail.com
Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

3. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Return Conditions (if applicable)
In rare cases where a return is approved, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Be in original packaging
• Have all tags intact

5. Refunds
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Approved cases will be issued as store credit only.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

7. Shipping Responsibility
Dark Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
